Inge is trained as a lawyer and operational auditor. She started her career in financial services in the field of process controls. After this she gained experience in the field of internal audit and risk management in a wide range of industries. As an Internal Audit & Risk Consultant she assists management with advice and hands on support in the field of internal audit and risk management, and contribute to the performance and continuous development of the organization by giving insights for further improvement of the organization and its internal control environment.

She also has extensive experience in conducting quality assessments on Internal Audit and Enterprise Risk Management. Based on the experience in performing quality assessments, she is able to provide concrete suggestions for further enhancing the quality of risk management and internal audit and share relevant best practices.

Her strength is that she works from openness and connection, so that difficult topics can also be discussed. Due to her involvement, positive critical attitude and good communication skills, she quickly finds her way in any organization.
