Internal Audit Monitor 2017

On 16 January 2018 the first Internal Audit Monitor was published: the study by Robert Bogtstra (ONE Risk Advisory) and Remko Renes (Nyenrode) into the internal audit function at Dutch listed companies, commissioned by IIA Netherlands.

The study shows that in 2016, 52 percent of Dutch listed companies had an internal audit function, with large differences by size: from 100 percent in the AEX to only two of the 29 local companies. The key message: no organisation is too small for an internal audit function.
