Whistleblowing
The reporting of suspected illegalities, unethical conduct or policy violations by employees or third parties, typically through internal channels or external authorities. The Dutch Whistleblowers Protection Act (Wbk) and Directive (EU) 2019/1937 protect whistleblowers against retaliation.
