Compliance risk
The risk that the organisation fails to comply with applicable laws, regulations and industry standards. For financial institutions this includes the Wwft and the requirements of DNB and the AFM; depending on sector and size, NIS2 and the CSRD; and for virtually all organisations, the GDPR.
